Overview

A fireworks festival held at Aomori Port on the night of the final day of the Aomori Nebuta Festival. It takes place at the same time as the sea procession, in which award-winning nebuta floats sail across the water, and serves as the finale of the Nebuta Festival. You can enjoy it from viewing seats at the port, within walking distance of Aomori Station.

You can see about 10,000 fireworks, including 2-shaku shells, together with the sea procession of large illuminated nebuta floats. Large nebuta floats also parade during the day, so you can enjoy the final day of the Nebuta Festival from morning to night.
