A pass for international visitors that gives 4 days of unlimited rides on JR Hokkaido limited express, Rapid and local trains connecting New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, Otaru, Asahikawa, Biei and Furano. Ordinary-car reserved seats are also covered, making it a good fit for itineraries from Sapporo via Asahikawa to the hills of Biei and Furano.

- Holders of a passport issued by a country other than Japan. The original passport must be shown when buying or exchanging
- Coverage
- JR Hokkaido lines within the area including New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, Otaru, Asahikawa, Biei and Furano (Tomamu not covered)
