A pass for international visitors that gives 4 days of unlimited rides on JR Hokkaido limited express, Rapid and local trains connecting New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, Otaru and Noboribetsu. Ordinary-car reserved seats are also covered, making it a good fit for itineraries based in Sapporo with day trips to Noboribetsu Onsen and Otaru.

- Holders of a passport issued by a country other than Japan. The original passport must be shown when buying or exchanging
