Tips

Tips

  • •Roads in Kyoto are congested during cherry blossom season, so getting around mainly by subway, Randen and JR is recommended.
  • •If peak bloom timing shifts, adjust by swapping the stops on days 1 and 2.
  • •Book accommodation early. Staying around Gion and Kawaramachi or Kyoto Station makes it easy to get back after viewing the blossoms at night.
