Yanbaru Weather & What to Wear

Kunigami, Cape Hedo, Daisekirinzan, Hiji Falls

A World Natural Heritage subtropical forest spreading across the villages of Kunigami, Ogimi and Higashi in the north of the main island. It's home to endemic wildlife such as the Okinawa rail (yanbaru kuina), and you can enjoy waterfall hikes and trekking. Temperatures shown are for Oku in Kunigami: 2–3°C cooler than Naha, with more rain.
